Yes, our virtual doctors can backdate your sicknote 1-2 days prior to your appointment. A medical note can be issued for a maximum of 3-5 days depending on the circumstances. A follow up virtual medical visit is required should you wish to extend your medical note.

Based on your situation and your symptoms, the Healthcare Provider will use his or her discretion and provide you with a sick note online accordingly.

Yes. The virtual doctor will inform you of the charge at the time of your virtual medical visit.

You can connect with a Healthcare Provider 7-days a week between 8am to 9pm. After your consultation, and upon the Healthcare Provider’s discretion, your sick note will be electronically sent to you for easy download and print.
