IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Our RT-PCR testing solutions are for travelers who require a negative PCR test prior to flying.

Before you book your appointment with Meira Care, please take the time to review the negative RT-PCR test requirements from your airline or destination country. It is your responsibility to calculate the current timing for your test based on your departure date and time.

Your results will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of booking your appointment. Results will be emailed within 24-72 hours. Please remember to check your junk, spam, or promotions folder.

REQUIREMENTS

Please read and understand the following requirements before your test.

  • Please bring your e-ticket and flight itinerary to the appointment. This is required in order to receive your RT-PCR test. You must be listed as a passenger on your documents.
  • Review and understand the negative RT-PCR test requirements from your airline and destination country.
  • Book your appointment at one of our testing clinics.
  • Please bring your email confirmation, one other form of identification and your Health Card with you to your appointment.
  • Bring a face mask. It must always be worn inside our clinic.
  • Practice physical distancing while in the clinic.
  • Arrive at the correct time. This is very important. If you are late, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to reschedule your appointment.
  • Our RT-PCR testing solutions are for air travelers who require a negative PCR test prior to flying and for asymptomatic patients only. If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, please call our clinic to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Stay at home and follow the latest Public Health guidelines.
  • For children, a parent or guardian must be present at the appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. To be respectful of your fellow patients, please call our clinic as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24-hours in advance. Your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.

REFUND POLICY

If you choose to cancel your appointment, please note that Meira Care requires at least 24- hours notice. Refunds will be issued in 5-7 business days in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. To process a refund, please email support@meiracare.com.
